  2. Provide proof of purchase (your Dawerson Tools order confirmation)
  3. Describe the defect
  4. Manufacturer will repair, replace, or refund per their policy

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Cosmetic damage
  • Damage from modifications or unauthorized repairs
  • Damage from using non-OEM batteries or accessories
