Are all your products authentic?
Yes, 100%. Every tool, battery, and accessory we sell is authentic OEM from DeWalt and Milwaukee. We do not sell counterfeit, refurbished (unless clearly stated), or aftermarket products.
Are your products new or used?
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the product title or description, all our products are brand new and sealed in original packaging.
How long does shipping take?
- Processing: 1-2 business days
- Standard shipping: 3-7 business days
- Expedited shipping: 2-3 business days
You receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we only ship within the United States.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes - local pickup is available in Dover, Delaware. Contact us to arrange a pickup time. No shipping fees for local pickup.
Can I return a product?
Yes, within 7 days of delivery. Item must be unused, in original condition, with all original packaging and accessories. Buyer pays return shipping. See our Returns & Refunds page for full details.
What if my product is defective or wrong?
Contact us immediately. We cover the return shipping cost and send a replacement or full refund.
Do batteries come with warranty?
All genuine OEM batteries come with the manufacturer's standard warranty. Contact the manufacturer directly for warranty claims.
Why are your prices lower than retail?
We operate without retail markup, brick-and-mortar overhead, or middlemen. Direct-to-consumer pricing means you get the same authentic products at better prices.
Can I get a quote for bulk purchases?
